Store Policies


We accept returns of items purchased in our shop in their new unused, condition within 15 days of the date of purchase EXCEPT for clearance items and consignment items.  We are not able to accept returns of partial cones of yarn.  


Payment for classes is required upon registration, think of this as you would buying tickets to a concert or event. Cancellations more than one week in advance of your class will receive credit toward a future class. No refund will be given for cancellations one week or less in advance of the class.


Fancy Fibers will never sell, trade or give your contact information to any person or organization not affiliated with Fancy Fibers. Your contact information is maintained on our secure website and will be used only to communicate with you about your account or to share information about upcoming events, classes or special offers. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the link in the email. Your contact information (name, email address, and telephone number) may be given to teachers who will be teaching classes at our facilities if you are enrolled in said classes.

All credit card transactions are securely processed through RAIN Retail services and comply with their policies on PCI compliance.

The forms we use may contain your contact information. These forms are shared with those providing services for the purposes of identifying you and contacting you in the event there are any questions.
