Warp-Faced Band. This purple and black warp-faced band was woven on my table loom in an mock inkle weaving style. The loom is threaded with one color on shafts 1 and 3 and a second color on shafts 2 and 4 in plain weave. You do NOT use the reed at all with this project. This allows the yarns to move very closely together so that the weft does not show at all. |
