Bronson Lace Tea Towels These "tea towels" were made for a friend of mine at work who is getting married. The pattern is from Handwoven magazine (Mar/Apr 1999). They are made from 5/2 perle cotton in only one color instead of two colors as shown in the magazine pattern. The hardest part of weaving these towels was making sure that my warp tension was correct so that the pattern would come out right. Several times, I caught some warp yarns "up" when they should have been "down" which made the floats too long. So I slowed down the speed of my weaving a little bit and everything was fine.
