The Wool Poncho Project.Without a doubt, this was the most ambitious project I have undertaken to date (Christmas 2004) -- to weave 5 yards of wool fabric 55 inches wide in the loom, wet finish it, cut and sew 4 matching ponchos, and then trim them all with knitted "Fun Fur" trim.  The wool was Harrisville tweed.  To simplify things, the weave structure was tabby.  Still, I think they are beautiful!
