 Our specialty fibers include:

• Suri Alpaca from our boys, Dewey, ‘Shroom, and Rascal, and fiber occasionally purchased from other herd animals we know and admire. 
• Angora rabbit fur from our German/Satin cross and English/Giant Angora rabbit herd. Our angora is truly luscious, primarily hand-plucked, the best type of fiber for spinning. 
• Mohair from our herd of Angora goats
• Nygora fiber from our Nygora goats.
• Wool from our Shetland and Border Leceister sheep.  We also occasionally supplement our wool with fleeces bought from other fiber farms whom I know and admire.

Our specialty knitted items at FancyFibers include beautiful wool and wool blend socks made by hand on one of our antique Legare circular sock machines or on our beautiful blue New Zealand Auto Knitter (NZAK) circular sock machine.

We "knit to order" at no extra charge!  Choose your yarn and send me your size and I'll send you beautiful washable wool socks with no seams.
